We offer FREE delivery for all orders.

We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support on the contact page.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:

• United States: 7-12 days for regular products, 10-20 days for customized products
• Canada: 7-12 days for regular products, 10-20 days for customized products
• Australia: 7-12 days for regular products, 10-20 days for customized products
• UK: 7-12 days for regular products, 10-20 days for customized products

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

Changed your mind? It happens.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item - your choice.
If you ordered the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we’ll exchange it with no questions asked.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied, we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

• Your name
• Order number
• The issue (faulty product, wrong size, etc.)
• Your preference (exchange or refund)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Note: If you purchase a custom service, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged.
