We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

If you want to cancel your order please contact our hello@mylightpainting.com. If your item has already been shipped, you will be required to return the item for a refund.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

You are completely free to return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging and all tags. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Please contact our customer service team via hello@mylightpainting.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take a photo of the product in question and email our customer service team at hello@mylightpainting.com with details. We will respond within 48 hours. If you don't like the product for any reason, we are happy to accept returns provided the product is in 'as new' condition with the original packaging and all tags.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

To customize your LED Night Light Painting, visit the custom product page on our website. Follow the instructions to upload your design or provide customization details. Once your order is confirmed, our team will review and create your personalized artwork.

We accept various file formats, including JPEG, PNG, and other common image formats. For the best results, ensure your design is high-resolution and meets the specifications provided on the customization page.

The product is available in multiple sizes: S size (17cm * 23cm) and L size (22cm * 32cm). You can choose between portrait and landscape orientations. If you have additional customization needs, please contact us at Hello@mylightpainting.com with your requirements.

Certainly. It is your right to preview the design. Once the demo of the custom product is ready, we will provide a preview service. After you confirm the design, we will proceed with production and shipping.
